We offer a variety of Yoga classes for all levels.
Join our Vinyasa Flow, Hatha Yoga, and Yin Yoga classes.
Yin Yoga classes are slow paced, relaxing and stretchy.
Vinyasa Flow classes are our most dynamic and are excellent for both beginners and intermediate level.
Hatha Yoga classes are going into detail into creating a more precise and correct poses and movements.
Hatha Yoga Fundamentals classes focuses on precise execution of postures and movement through the breath and mental focus.
This class is beneficial for all yoga levels from beginners to advance.
Tuesday, 5:30 pm: Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Thursday, 8 pm: Yin Yoga
Saturday, 10 am: Hatha Yoga Fundamentals
Sunday, 10:30 am: Hatha Yoga
