We offer a variety of Yoga and Mat Pilates classes for all levels.
Join our Vinyasa Slow Flow, and Yin Yoga as well as our Mat Pilates classes.
Yin Yoga classes are slow paced, relaxing and stretchy.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes provide an holistic wellbeing for stress management, burnout, body strength and flexibility, improved productivity, and recovery.
Mat Pilates classes focusing on strengthening the core, glutes, back, and hips through slow and controlled movements.
SCHEDULE
Tuesday, 5:30 pm: Yin Yoga
Thursday, 8 pm: Yin Yoga
Saturday, 10am: Mat Pilates (starts May 2)
Sunday, 10:30 am: Restorative Yoga
