Vinyasa Flow Yoga

The word Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement.” In other words, the teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. This technique is sometimes also called Vinyasa Flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance.

Classes are open to all levels of practitioners.

Summer Community Event

In out tradition of Yoga Community events we wish to introduce all levels of Yoga practitioners to some of Yoga benefits that applies to everyone's daily life.

The workshop will be taught by ALL OF OUR YOGA TEACHERS! So it will provide a great opportunity for all our members to meet and speak with all of them... (There are six teachers!)

Vegetarian potluck to follow. Please bring a vegetarian dish of your choice to share.
