Upcoming Special Community Events

Friday, October 14

A special seminar with Rory Miller: Conflict Communications

Managers, teachers, business people, police officers and many emergency services personnel are given advanced training in verbal de-escalation skills.

When de-escalation fails, it is almost always because the person got trapped into conflict roles that are subconscious and scripted. Even good training only works if you remember to use it.

Conflict Communications teaches how to recognize these scripts, the

purposes they serve, and how to choose to either follow the script or write a new one with a better ending.

This is a five hours event.

Fee: $80

Saturday & Sunday, October 15-16

2-day seminar with Rory Miller: Introduction to Violence

Rory Miller, the author "Meditations on Violence", a former tactical team leader and correction officer, shares his experience and expertise and educates about "real world" violence and its dynamics.

This is the introductory seminar for anyone who want to learn about violence.

Fee: $100 for one-day, $150 for two-days
