Introduction to Aikido (Adults & Teens)

A sample class for teens and adults. What is the “Way of the Peaceful Warrior”? Low-impact, basic movements (no falls). No previous experience is needed.

Tuesdays 6-7:30 pm

Aikido for Kids

A sample class for kids 6-13. Learn Aikido through games that teach. Aikido focuses young learners on non-violent, non-competitive, modes for conflict resolution, concentration and fitness.

Wednesdays 5-6 pm  (ages 6-13)

Saturdays 10:15-11:15 am (ages 6-9)

                  11:15 am- 12:15 pm (ages 10-13)

Yoga for Kids | Parents & Children Yoga

A sample class for kids 5-13 and their parents or grandparents. Learning Yoga in a playful environment, with an emphasis on balance, flexibility, and concentration.

For adults and teens at any level, promoting overall health and

well being.

Wednesdays 7:30-9 pm

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

For adults and teens at any level, promoting overall health and

A Healing Reiki Circle

Energize and balance yourself with an afternoon retreat full of peace, music and energy. Led by Reiki Master Julie Roberts, and musician Ed Wing.

The energy builds in the circle, forming different patterns from heat to circulatory energy formations. Each circle produces a different energy based upon its participants.  Stories of inspiration, courage, promotions, cures and opportunities appearing from nowhere have made this a favorite event for many.

Wilderness Skills Course

The leader of this course, Toby Cowern, is a world-renowned survival expert, who currently resides in Northern Sweden, within the arctic circle.


This two-day course takes you through the basic principles of Survival Training and focuses on the practical application of outdoor skills. Training is programmed to allow all delegates to improve their survival competence, whether a 'new beginner' or more experienced outdoors person.


Material that will be covered:

Survival Strategy, Survival Psychology, Priorities of Survival, Wilderness Hazard Identification, Attracting Attention, Sourcing Water, Shelter Building, Acquiring Food, Safe Use of Knives, Survival Equipment Selection
